In 2019, Amundi Immobilier and Telamon entered into a strategic partnership in the Core logistics segment, setting up SCI ALICE, a dedicated investment vehicle.
This portfolio consists of 6 VEFAs (forward purchases) for a total of 377,000 sqm. 4 of these assets were developed by Telamon between 2019 and 2021:
- Louvres (95) : logistics platform of 28,300 sqm, leased to Logistique NC
- Le Coudray-Montceaux (91) – Haies Blanches Logistics Park: logistics platform of 52,300 sqm, sold in VEFA and leased to LIDL
- Brie-Comte-Robert (77) : logistics platform of 36,434 sqm with an extension of 11,495 sqm, sold in VEFA and leased to Aldi Group
- Le Havre
2 others were acquired on the market:
- Heudebouville in 2022: 69,500 sqm logistics platform, leased to Maisons du Monde
- Lahr in 2020: 130,435 sqm logistics platform in the state of Baden-Württemberg (Southwest Germany), leased to Zalando.

MOSAIC Parks
Telamon and Amundi Immobilier acquired the MOSAIC business park portfolio from AEW in February 2019. This portfolio is composed of 4 business parks in Ile-de-France located in Evry, Cergy, Villebon and Antony.
This portfolio develops more than 215,000 sqm of leasable space over 51 buildings and welcomes more than 200 tenants.

Telamon and Amundi Immobilier acquired the MOSAIC business park portfolio from AEW in February 2019. This portfolio is composed of 4 business parks in Ile-de-France located in Evry, Cergy, Villebon and Antony.
This portfolio develops more than 215,000 sqm of leasable space over 51 buildings and welcomes more than 200 tenants.

Le Havre
Telamon and Goldman Sachs entered into a partnership in 2022 with the forward purchase of a logistics platform of more than 100,000 sqm that is developed by Telamon. The building will be delivered Q3 2023.

Portfolio Hub & Flow
Telamon acquired, on behalf of Ivanhoé Cambridge, a logistics portfolio of 460,000 sqm from Groupe Carlyle in February 2020.
It is a portfolio of 17 logistics assets, mainly in Paris and Lyon, with surfaces ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 sqm. Between 2020 and 2022, 3 other assets were purchased to complement this portfolio.
