A builder at the service of investors.
In 2007, we started managing assets for our own account in most asset classes (logistics, offices, retail and hospitality). In 2014, we decided to put this expertise at the service of our third party investors and partners.
We are convinced that there will always be a premium for agile and enterprising operators who will know how to design and implement effective and rigorous value creation strategies. After several years of investing and managing, on our own account, assets as diverse as business parks, logistics, industrial premises, offices, retail assets or hotels, it seemed legitimate to us to launch an investment and asset management activity on behalf of third parties.
Today, we invest mainly in logistics, courier, business parks and industrial properties after a rigorous selection, based on a multi-criteria analysis of markets, assets and tenants, and in line with the investment strategy profiles sought by each of our clients: Core, Core plus or Value Added.

As a management company since 2014, we have launched two discretionary funds: OPCI Foncière 86, mainly dedicated to business parks, and NAO LOGISTICS dedicated to logistics, business parks and industrial properties.

We are committed to engaging in an investment policy targeting real estate assets with the intention of improving carbon, energy and environmental footprints in the broad sense. Improving occupant comfort is also a priority, as is raising their awareness of environmental issues.

Our asset management team undertakes several approaches, whether for logistics warehouses or business parks. They implement specific action plans applying the tertiary eco-energy system in order to ensure the sustainability and compliance of the properties. The well-being of the occupants involves an appropriate proposal of services to facilitate the daily life of users.
This desire to integrate an environmental approach into our investment and asset management activities has enabled us to initiate an upstream reflection on the ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) elements for the creation of our NAO LOGISTICS fund, following which the fund was granted the SRI Label in September 2022.
